You’ve heard Kansas State players and especially head coach Bill Snyder refer to the team’s 16 Goals For Success here and there about a million times.
Players are given them to remember, be able to recite and, more importantly, live by as they grow up in the K-State system. What you may not have known, however, is that the team takes them on the road, literally.
On the back door of the team’s equipment truck, all 16 values are displayed, which gives anyone who happens to be behind the trailer a quick lesson in what drives Snyder’s approach to football, and if you were to ask him, more than likely life as well.
